Computer networks can be one of your biggest investments
depending on how much you rely on your applications and data. To protect
your investment you should invest in a regular computer maintenance program.
This not only protects your investment but also helps prevent your employees
from sitting around being unproductive while your computer network is being
serviced. Most companies can not service their customers if their network
is down. Think about the costs associated to loss in productivity if your
entire network or server(s) is/are down for a few hours, a day or more.
Regular computer maintenance can reveal problems such as failing hardware,
servers that are reporting software errors, etc. that will become bigger

What you get after selecting a Monthly Service Plan
First Month - In the first month we like to
inventory all systems on the network and record such things as
operating systems, hardware specs, software installed, security patches installed, network
configuration including wiring, printers, Internet connection, data storage and
backup systems. From our inventory of all of the above information we will
let you know any recommendations we have to enhance your network.
Subsequent Monthly Service - As time permits in unused portions of your monthly
retainer we will perform but not be limited to the following:
● check server error/virus logs
● check backup logs, ensure logs are emailed to
us and you
● apply any required patches to workstations/servers
● ensure that there are not unresolved computer issues
● update and check functionality of anti-virus/spyware/spam protection |
